Jeremy and Larissa Floyd reside in Pasadena Texas with their three children. They have a passion to see communities restored to their original design through renovation and real estate. They have been business owners for over twelve years and enjoy providing jobs while also creating new relationships with those that they come in contact with through their work. Since 2019 Arukah properties + homes has offered customers full service restoration as well as partnering with investors to fully flip houses.

In 2008 Jeremy flipped his first house, and with the help of his wife he improved every home they lived in after that. This started the dream of doing this full time. In 2019 the dream became a reality and Arukah was born. Flipping homes was our original focus but restoration opportunities started to flow in, so we expanded to help more people. In 2020 Jeremy obtained a real estate license to be able to help with all things real estate. God has blessed our paths each step of the way. We look forward to connecting with you and helping your dreams come true!
